Just posted my review of The Demon Trapper's Daughter by Jana Oliver. This is her first YA book and it is awesome. I accidentally used my blog name instead of the novels name sorry about that will redo and you can delete my first attempt.

I read To Kill a Mockingbird. I read it for my book club and it was the first time I had ever read the book. Loved it! Can't wait to have my book discussion in February!

I just posted my review of "A Discovery of Witches." Although the main character (witch) is a good person, there are several witches in the story who are very evil indeed!

Just posted my review of 'Evil Under the Sun' by Agatha Christie.

A book which is up to the usual standards, of this icon of crime writing.

I used to be an avid reader of her books, many years ago. I can't remember ever having read this particular book, but it has made me want to discover her all over again.

My book is a bit of a cheat, since it's aimed at the 2nd-3rd grade crowd, but my family enjoyed it so much I'm including it. Hey, some people stretch the definition of "evil" while I stretch the definition of "book"!

I read, but did not review, Lord of the White Hell by Ginn Hale. A very good book and highly recommended.

So I stretched "evil" a bit. If I stretched it too much let me know, I'm sure I can come up with something else in the next few months...

I stretched evil a little bit, maybe, depends how you look at it. Just let me know if it's too stretched and I'll come up with something else. I'm loving this challenge by the way! :D

Stretching is GOOD! It's part of the fun of the challenge. I *love* to see how people make the titles fit. :)

We all know evil things are dark so Darkness Becomes Her fit right in.

So far I've found this the hardest one to finish.

Well, I don't think it gets more evil than "Satanic!" I listened to The Satanic Verses (by Salman Rushdie; narrated by Sam Dastor.) All these years I've been afraid to tackle this book, thinking I might not be smart enough to "get" it; but I'm laughing now! It's a completely accessible and enaging book :-)

Finished Blue Eyed Devil by Lisa Kleypas for this category. Enjoyable romance and I'll read more from her as they cross my path.
