I read other people reviews after I posted mine... and it looks like their choices were better! Good for them!

Haven't found yet the book for the Jewelry or Gem category :(

I only lack one book to finish the challenge! I'm waiting for my last book to come out in paperback which won't be until summer.

I figured lots of other folks would read "Girl With A Pearl Earring", but it's been on my TBR for years so I'm glad I finally had the incentive to read it!

I read "The Hare with Amber Eyes" and thoroughly enjoyed it. I learned a lot too.

Hmmmm, I have a book title with the word "sequined" in it. Can that be classified as "jewelry or gems"?

Beth F said...

Darlene -- sure, why not? The gems don't have to be real. I don't mind if you stretch the categories.

Thanks, Beth F. I just linked up "The Island of the Sequined Love Nun" by Christopher Moore. If you like dark humour, you might enjoy. Moore is not for everyone though: He is pretty wacky!

This one was hard, which surprised me. But I found an interesting entry.
