I will be reading The Old Man of the Sea by Ernest Hemingway
Finished The Life and Times of the Thunderbolt Kid by Bill Bryson. It was quite funny and sweet. Bryson's memoir of growing up in Iowa in the 50's.
My link will take you to my review of The Girl in the Gatehouse by Julie Klassen. It's a christian historical fiction novel full of theatrics, romance, and suspense!
Oops . . . I accidentally posted my evil category to this one! Is it possible to remove it!
Left a link with the review for The Child of the Cavern, but forgot to state the title.
oops I linked in the wrong place... sorry
My mistake, the book I've just read comes under the gem/jewellery category.
I am currently readng Summer's Child by Diane Chamberlain. It's about a newborn baby that was found on the beach by an 11 year old girl, whose family adopts the baby. 23 years later, her story is investigated to find out who left her on the beach. I'm really liking it so far!
So, I accidentally put 'The Firl Who Fell From the Sky' and definitely meant to put 'The GIRL...' OOPS. Sorry!
Just left a link to my review of The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey, a fantastic book! Emma @Words And Peace
Hi Beth,
It's great to see so many people participating in the challenge this year.
My entry for the LIFE STAGE category is a historical romance from a great new British author. The author is Grace Elliot and her book is titled 'A DEAD Man's Debt'

Thanks for hosting.
Yvonne
Mine is a nonfiction title, which I thought was kinda cool.
Hi Beth! Another book that I'm so glad I finally read. Thanks for hosting!
Now I've finished book four: the Grandfather Medicine by Jean Hager.
Does "Dead" count as a life stage?
@Grae: I wouldn't really count "dead" as a *life* stage. LOL. But this is supposed to be fun, so if you don't have any other title that will fit, go for it.
Motherhood is Murder is my Life Stage, one of the greatest stages of life!!!
Shade's Children was really fun. I'm making good progress through the lists.
One more to go!! Really enjoying this challenge. I know we are only in the 4th month of 2011, but having so much fun, am hoping you host again next year.
I have just posted my review and link, I am hoping that parenting, or becoming a parent is a life stage? I know it was definitely a big stage for me.. a never ending stage!! haha!
I chose Eon, Dragoneye Reborn by Alison Goodman. Very good book :)
I just linked up my review for A Child Called "It" by Dave Pelzer. It is a nonfiction autobiography. Very sad story of abuse.
I had originally planned to read Bog Child. I still plan on reading it. Read Angry Young Man first.
THE WATCHMAN by Robert Crais.
I'm one book away from finishing :)
Yay!"Death" is a p[art of life! Er, wait, that doesn't sound right :-? Well, I've entered "Death Masks" as my Life Stage title!
